Do you need brochures/application forms/other information?
You can download most of the Tribunal’s information brochures and application forms from this website.
If you are unable to download publications, you can email the Tribunal to obtain printed versions. You should specify the title(s) of the publication(s) along with your name and address.
Do you need information about making an application or other advice regarding enduring guardianship/enduring power of attorney?
You should telephone the Tribunal and ask to speak to the Information Officer. For privacy and security reasons, it is not possible to send advice via email about making applications.
You can also enquire in person at the Tribunal. Please note that in-person enquiries can only be attended to up to 4.30pm.
