From 1 January 2014, the Guardianship Tribunal, along with more than 20 other existing State tribunals, will be integrated into the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). This change will not impact on the management or resolution of any matters in progress before the Guardianship Tribunal.
